went zhou's kitchen for dinner.
was good. darn full.
my favorites from zhou's:
-the drunken chicken is a cold dish. the skin is nice. springy yummy.
-sambal kailan. everyone sae its spicy hot. i thout was just rite.
-steam egg white. its like beancurd with gravy. (think finished one dish size alone)
-char siew
-prawn paste chicken. only this place done it rite.
had quite a bit for the desserts...
-2 guilin gao
-1 mango pomelo
-2 almond fungus with ginko
think i shall start with their dessert the next time round...
